2 bedrooms have their own Italian showers, there is a bathroom with toilet for the other 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom is with a mezzanine (a second double bed in the mezzanine).
There is one bedroom on the ground floor (suitable for elderly people) and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
There are queen size beds (160 x 200) in 3 bedrooms, the last one (with mezzanine) has 2 double beds (140 x 200).
The parking area is just behind the garden.
The house is equiped with all modern conveniences (Wifi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, etc.)
It is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons with the 5 beds, it is very comfortable for 6 persons.
The house is situated above the river, on a path: No car will disturb you at night (and not during the day!).
3 bedrooms are facing the river, 1 bedroom is facing the back of the garden.

A lovely place for a great holiday
It's a great house, perfectly located in the picturesque village of Veules-les-Roses next to the small river. Everything is within walking distance, whether bakers, grocery shops, restaurants or even the beach and the stunning cliffs.
The house offers plenty of space and is comfortably furnished. We didn't miss anything.
Veules-les-Roses is also an ideal starting point for excursions.
We will come back again.

La maison a "les pieds dans l'eau", est très centrale et profite d'un grand calme grâce à l'absence de voiture, c'est une situation rare.
;-)
De plus, la Normandie devient une région vraiment ensoleillée mais reste peu fréquentée comparée au sud de la France, il faut en profiter.

Your stay was a sunny one... like many stays now : since a few years, the season from may to october is really sunny, and the proximity to the sea is very... cool !

I glad you liked the house. It's usually rented for 4 or 5 persons, but I am happy to see that with 4 large bedrooms (+ mezzanine !) and 3 bathrooms, it suits also very well for 8 persons.
