This traditional Dalmatian stone house is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation. A beautiful 38 m² large outdoor pool is available for refreshment during the summer months. While you are busy at the grill, your children can have fun and play on the playground. The whole property with three houses, the pool and a covered outdoor dining area is for private use of the guests. These three air-conditioned houses consist of two living and dining rooms, a kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The surrounding area is perfect for adventure tours with Quad or E-bikes. You can also go horseback riding and visit traditional restaurants with wineries nearby. Not far are attractive natural phenomens, the Blue and Red Lakes, as well as Ričice Lakes and the spring of the Vrljika River, known for canoeing. The nearest pebble beaches are half an hour drive away on the Makarska Riviera. For sunbathing and numerous water activities we recommend the fine pebble beaches in Brela and Baska Voda, one of the most beautiful croatian beaches.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Top Urlaub in friedlicher Lage
Das Haus ist mir allem ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über reichlich Geschirr und Platz für alles. Sitzplätze gibt es genügend, vorm Haus wo sich auch das Grillhaus befindet, welches ebenfalls voll ausgestattet ist, oben auf der Terrasse und beim Pool . Im ersten Stock befinden sich die Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad und das Wohnzimmer! Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Pool ist ein Traum, vor allem der Blick. Wir möchten uns auch noch bei Vermieter für das tolle Essen bedanken, der Abend war wunderschön. Wir haben auf alle Fälle vor wiederzukommen!!!
