We completely modernised and newly furnished the holiday home.
This lovely holiday resort is located in the north-east of Mallorca on a lovely natural beach with fantastic fine sand quality. The flatly sloping beach is particularly great for families for sunbathing and swimming.
Our house is only 600 m away, so easily accessible on foot.
On the ground floor there is a toilet with shower and washing machine next to the entry hall.
On the next level, only five steps up, there is a large, light-flooded living area with wood stove an the access to the covered terrace.
The new kitchen and modern dining area are also located on this level. The new "Schöller" brand kitchen has the highest degree of comfort, fully equipped with electric appliances and the necessary kitchen utensils.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one en-suite.
All bedrooms are equipped with the most modern air-conditioners, which enable a recuperative night's sleep, even if it is hot outside.

Wow, hier stimmt fast alles
Alle Bereiche sind super gepflegt und alles ist super sauber. Der Außenbereich läd auch zum verweilen ein. Der Pool war bereits Anfang Juni mit 27 Grad super angenhem zum erfrischen und plantschen mit den Kids. Da die Mietwagenpreise aktuell durch die Decke gehen, und wir eh nicht viel rum fahren wollten, haben wir es gewagt, alles ohne Mietwagen angehen zu wollen und durch die nette Unterstützug von Herrn Geiger, konnten wir die Fahrräder nutzen, dass war eine echte Hilfe, dadurch hat es mit den einkäufen auch super funktioniert. Einfach nur TOP!
