Fundamental booking rules: if not followed, reservations will not be accepted:
From June to September, we accept only weekly or multiple-week reservations with Saturday arrival and departure, with the exception of the week of August 15th 2026, for which the offer includes Saturday arrival and departure on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 16th. For all other weeks, as mentioned above, we accept reservations for periods of at least 2 days from October to May.
A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required for reservations. You have 5 days from the time of booking to change your mind.
For weekly reservations during the summer (June to September), which are difficult to book and especially for which it is difficult to find a replacement, a 100% penalty will be applied for cancellations within 70 days of arrival.
For all reservations for other periods, a 100% penalty will be applied for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
We kindly ask you to cooperate and respect our terms and conditions.
