On the ground floor there are 2 apartments, one with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the other with a double bed plus extra single bed (on the gallery). Both of them have kitchens with fireplace.
All rooms have a direct access to the garden.
The smaller apartment is wheelchair-accessable with a disabled- friendly bathroom.
On the 1st floor there are two more spacious apartments. One for 2 or 3 persons with a large double room with en suite bathroom and a large living room with fireplace.
The fourth apartment for 6 or 7 persons is very spacious and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms (with shower) and a large kitchen with fireplace. This apartment has as well its independent heating and satellite TV.
Outdoor
The villa is surrounded by a 6500 m² large fenced garden, in which you find the large pool ( x 15m; water depth to m) and its area for sunbathing, a shady gazebo for outdoor dining, a pizza oven and a large barbecue.
Dispersed on the well-kept ground there are many shady spots with tables and chairs.
