Historic country estate in Cortona, large fenced garden with pool (14x7 m) for single use, climateThe charming property is ideal for large groups of up to 25 people, who are accommodated in 7 independent apartments in the villa and in the comfortable annexe.

In total there are 11 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms (10 double rooms and 2 twin rooms), 3 sleeping accommodations can be added.

The villa and the charming outbuilding were recently renovated and restored with great attention to detail. The typical ambience of old Tuscan country houses is characterized by e.g. For example, visible wooden beams and terracotta floors were retained and a successful mix of old tradition and modern comfort was created.

The holiday home is very suitable for larger family celebrations or weddings (25 people inside, 100 people outside)

Interior:

The villa has three levels and, with a total of 780 m², offers plenty of space for 25 people. It is divided into 7 independent residential units and, together with the annex, offers a total of 8 apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a large main kitchen where you can cook together and 2 guest toilets.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fly screens and heating. Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

On the ground floor there is a living room of approximately 100 m² with comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining table and working fireplace and billiards table. Here all guests can eat meals together or simply spend the day together.

The living room leads directly to the panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old Etruscan city of Cortona.

Two steps lead up to the 1st apartment, consisting of two double bedrooms, both with bathroom and shower, one with direct access to the garden.

There is also a second apartment on this level, which can be reached from the main entrance of the villa or through the garden. The apartment consists of a comfortable double bedroom with TV, a large bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with a sofa and dining table.

A comfortable internal staircase leads guests to a living room on the 1st floor, where there are two further apartments.

In the first apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa, a dining table and a TV, a double bedroom with a French bed and a large bathroom with a shower.

The second apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with a sofa, dining table and TV, two bedrooms, one with another single bed, a bathroom with shower and a cozy terrace.

Another staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are also two apartments, both with a fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa, dining table and TV, a bedroom with a double bed (and an additional single bed) and a bathroom with shower.

An external staircase leads to the 7th apartment, consisting of a living room with sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Next to the main villa is the annex with a fully equipped kitchen and large living room with sofa, dining table, TV and working fireplace.

From here you get to the two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room (the two single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed) with two bathrooms with shower and a storage room.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a large main kitchen where you can cook together.


Outdoor area:

The charming property lies in a fully fenced large garden, surrounded by forest and fruit trees.

Here guests can enjoy and relax by the large fenced pool (14x7m; 0.5-1.8m deep, with outdoor shower) with its deck chairs and parasols, while the youngest ones can enjoy themselves on the swings or slide, playing table tennis, billiards or on have fun on the small soccer field.

Delicious dishes can be prepared on the grill or in the pizza oven, which guests can then enjoy together under the shady pavilions.

The holiday home is reached via a 1 km long gravel road, which is not suitable for lowered cars.

There is parking on site for approximately 20 vehicles.
