Modernly furnished holiday home with a fireplace in the northwest of the sunny island of Usedom, in a top location right on the water. The sea and a small harbor are right outside your door. Your holiday home has a partial sea view of the Peene or the marina. Box spring beds and high-quality kitchen equipment as well as a gallery with lounge furniture and a harbor view make your vacation perfect.

In the holiday complex you will find a wide range of service facilities such as reception, food kiosk and bread roll service, bicycle and boat rental as well as a shuttle service to the beach. Sailing trips are also offered and of course there is also the option of renting moorings for your own boat.

Activities nearby: Cycling tours along the coast or excursions with the Apollo passenger ship company will bring you closer to the natural beauty of Usedom. For those interested in technology and history, we recommend a visit to the submarine U-461 of the former Baltic Fleet. You can also visit the Historical-Technical Museum, which is located in the buildings of the former army research institute and is known for its rocket construction. Many artistic exhibitions also take place on the museum grounds.

Das Ferienhaus war ausgezeichnet, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schlicht, nur mit Wildgras und Gartenmöbeln. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wer ein lebendiges Umfeld erwartet, wird enttäuscht sein. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es absolut nichts zu tun, außer dem Peenemünde-Museum und einem U-Boot aus der Zeit nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, das man in etwa zwei bis drei Stunden besichtigen kann. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu tun. Es gibt keine schönen Wander- oder Radwege in der Umgebung. Ein Strand ist ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Die anderthalb Autostunden entfernte Insel Rügen ist einen Besuch wert. Auf Usedom gibt es jedoch wenig bis gar nichts zu tun. Die Ferienhäuser am Yachthafen sind eigentlich rein auf den Yachthafen ausgerichtet. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig; wer etwas in der Umgebung unternehmen möchte, ist eher auf Rügen zu empfehlen. Uns war es einfach zu ruhig, deshalb sind wir viel gefahren. Das Essen im "Restaurant" der Marina ist einfach, aber ansonsten gut, obwohl man dort anscheinend noch nie von einer Gemüseportion zum Essen gehört hat. Bei dem Preis sollte man sich darüber aber nicht beschweren. Hinweis an den Vermieter: Auf eine E-Mail vor unserem Urlaub haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Eine Kleinigkeit bezüglich des Hauses soll erledigt sein, wir haben aber nie etwas davon gehört... Die Kommunikation könnte also besser sein.
