The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for self-catering with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Dish towels and an initial supply are provided. A washing machine for your own use, a drying rack and a vacuum cleaner support longer stays and make the house especially convenient for families.

Both bathrooms have windows and walk-in showers, and there are 2 showers in total. A cosmetic mirror and hairdryer are also available. Bed linen is provided. The house is allergy-friendly and features privacy screening for all windows, contributing to a pleasant and protected living atmosphere.

Outdoors, the enclosed plot offers a garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, a beach chair, parasol and a covered terrace as well as a balcony. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor meals.
