The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and towel heater, and the utility room has a washing machine for added convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals together. Outside, a large garden and terrace area invite relaxation and play. Enjoy the sun on two loungers, dine on garden furniture, or grill a delicious meal on the charcoal barbecue. Children can play safely in the sandpit, and a limited number of bicycles are available for use with prior notice. The house is heated with energy-efficient heat pumps and the wood-burning stove, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler days.
