The property is fully fenced (1m high). The garden gates are lockable.
Facilities: Cozy living room with garden view, fireplace, LED TV with many German channels, internet radio, Wi-Fi.
Cozy dining area with a view of the dunes, kitchen with compact oven (with integrated microwave) and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
An infrared sauna on the ground floor (2-3 people) provides cozy warmth even in the cold season.
2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with a double bed (180x200).
Storage room with washing machine and dryer.
A children's travel cot (with additional travel cot mattress), a high chair, and a bed guard rail are available to our guests free of charge.
At the top of the stairs, before the bedrooms, there is a stair gate.
Terrace with comfortable garden furniture (from Easter to October) and charcoal grill.

We do not rent to young people.
Minimum age 25 years.
