Wir möchten Ihnen einen ersten Eindruck von unserem Haus Duindoorn 9 vermitteln, einem komfortablen Ferienhaus mit viel Tageslicht, das nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand von Banjaard entfernt liegt.
Das Haus befindet sich im gemütlichen Ferienpark 'Noordzee Residence de Banjaard', wo alle Einrichtungen für einen herrlichen Strandurlaub in Zeeland vorhanden sind. Einrichtungen wie ein Mini-Supermarkt, eine Snackbar und Aktivitäten für die Kinder sind jeden Tag verfügbar.
Treten Sie ein in dieses Familienhaus, das für sechs Personen geeignet ist. Ihr treuer vierbeiniger Freund ist jederzeit ohne Aufpreis willkommen.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Im ersten Stock befinden sich die drei Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Boxspringbetten ausgestattet und eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Der große Garten (komplett eingezäunt) verfügt über zwei Terrassen mit zwei Gartenmöbeln und zwei zusätzlichen Sonnenliegen. Unser Weber-Holzkohlegrill steht zu Ihrer Verfügung.
Es gibt ausreichend private Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Die Nutzung des Swimmingpools (aufgrund geänderter Parkbestimmungen) ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.

Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: tenant owes a 30% deposit.
Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: tenant owes 50%.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: tenant owes 100% of the total amount.
In case of no show or early departure: tenant owes the full rental amount.
In the event of cancellation on our part, any monies already paid will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that the object reserved by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to make available to the tenant an equivalent or better replacement accommodation to be determined by the landlord. In that case, the tenant will never be able to sue the landlord.
