The holiday home belongs to a farm that produces, among other things, its own wine, oil and honey.

Indoor area
The two-story villa offers guests plenty of space for a maximum of 6 adults and two children with 120 m² of living space. You will be accommodated in 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room), which are tastefully furnished in a classic style.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.
From the large farmer's kitchen, which is equipped with all modern comforts, you can access the open living room with its comfortable seating, and from here guests have direct access to the shady terrace where they can enjoy meals outside at the large table.
The holiday home is relatively cool even in midsummer, but there is a fan in every room.
Outdoor area
The property is fenced and offers guests a 2000 m² well-kept garden. The pool area, which is also secured by a gate, is located in a beautiful panoramic location. The swimming pool (4 x 10m; 1.4m to 1.m deep) equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax and unwind and the beautiful night lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the evenings.
Near the pool in the shade of the mighty trees, guests can enjoy their meals, which they have prepared themselves on the grill or in the pizza oven.
A playground with a slide, swings, a playhouse and more ensures that the youngest children are entertained.
The children can also visit the animals on the adjacent farm. There are dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigs and a donkey.
A garage space and an open parking space are available to guests. The access road is asphalted and can be used by all types of vehicles.
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate activated with a remote control.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Haus + Anlage hätte schöner nicht sein können.
Alles ist bist ins Detail sauber + gepflegt, Poolanlage traumhaft.
Der Kontakt zur Familie ist wunderbar. Man konnte sich jederzeit an die Gastgeberin wenden und hat stets ausführliche, kompetente Antworten und Empfehlungen erhalten.
Man hat sich super willkommen gefühlt. Für Kinder aufgrund Anlage + Tieren ein Paradies.
Entfernungen zu zahlreichen schönen Städten (Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Pistoia...) sowie zum Meer überragend. Unvergesslicher Pizza-Abend im Garten :-)
Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool, den wir für uns alleine nutzen konnten. Auch bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung hat alles gepasst. Und wirklich toll war die Pizzaparty. Und auch das Olivenöl war sehr lecker.
Von dem Ort aus kann man auch gut die Landschaft erkunden. Lucca und Pisa sind relativ nah.
Alles in allem, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der Toskana.
Freundliches, gut gelegenes Ferienhaus
Haus und Einrichtung im italienischem Stil und passend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und äußerst überrascht über die freundlichen Gastgebern. Man hat uns mit eigenen Produkten verwöhnt.
Großer Pool und umzäunte Liegewiese mit entsprechender Ausstattung eignet sich prächtig zur Erholung und zum Sonne tanken.
