Die Lage mit dem Bootsanlegestelle und direkter Verbindung zum Zuidlaardermeer ist einfach ideal, Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub mit zwei Familien benötigt, sowie für die Großeltern im Erdgeschoss, Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und die beiden Badezimmer geräumig, Der große Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Gracht ist wunderbar, Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Straße, was bedeutet, dass kaum Autoverkehr herrscht und die Kinder sicher spielen können, Das zusätzlich mietbare Elektroboot für 6-8 Personen ermöglicht jederzeit großartige Ausflüge auf das Zuidlaardermeer und zu dem schönen Meerwijckstrand mit angrenzendem Restaurant und kleinem Spielplatz
