Directly on the beach with fantastic panoramic views over the bay to the Pyrenees. Step out of the garden gate and you are right by the water, where your children can play undisturbed and under your supervision. The holiday home with 100 sqm plus garage offers every comfort.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining area with an open modern kitchen and a guest toilet. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are all air-conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms each with a sink, toilet, large walk-in level rain shower with towel radiator and underfloor heating. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite to one of the bedrooms.
The terraces with garden furniture are framed with Mediterranean plants. From the large south-facing terrace, the bedrooms with large balconies, you have a great view of the promenade directly in front of the house with the bathing beach.

Wir haben sofort für 2026 gebucht. Besser gibt es nicht in Gruissan.
Tolle Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage
Die Lage ist wunderschön die Ausstattung ist sehr komplett, das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Betreuung durch Frau Mann ist auch sehr gut.
In wenige Minuten lauft man ins Center entlang die Schöne stranden und Lagune. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder.

Traumurlaub

Ein Traum im Süden Frankreichs
Die Lage direkt an der Lagune ist herrlich. Das Wasser ist schön warm.
Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Lagune, abends ist es wunderbar, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Sternenhimmel und das ruhige Meer zu beobachten. Zum Naturstrand kann man sehr gut mit den zum Haus gehörenden Fahrrädern fahren. Gruissan ist fußläufig über die schön angelegte Promenade in nur gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Bäckerei La Baguette de Gruissan.
Wir waren schon einige Male im Sommer und zweimal im März da. Der Vermieter und die Verwalterin sind stets für einen da, haben immer ein offenes Ohr.
