The guest may cancel the accommodation contract subject to the following financial conditions and hosting contract (cancellation). The cancellation becomes effective when we receive a written notice from the guest. In case of cancellation the guest has to pay a cancellation fee.

If the property can be rented to a third party, the cancellation fee for each day of the alternative rental is waived. Any complaints must be addressed exclusively to the host.

The host is only liable if the host or third parties commissioned by the host or other persons acting on the host's behalf are guilty of gross negligence or wilful intent. Excluded from this are personal injuries which are subject to statutory regulations. Pets may only be brought onto the premises if such permission has been granted under the accommodation contract or any other written agreement. In all other cases the host is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.

The accommodation contract becomes effective immediately when bookings are made via the Internet, otherwise only when the guest has signed and returned to us the booking or reservation confirmation sent to him/her, accepting the General Terms and Conditions. If, for any reason whatsoever, only an verbal or telephone booking confirmation can be made, this shall also be binding.
