Located in beautiful domaine with large pool, semi-detached house, suitable for 4 persons. Beautifully situated with great views to both the rear and the front where you even have some sea view. The garden has lots of cosy areas where you can enjoy the sun and shade. The format: entrance, living room with sitting and dining areas and modern well-equipped open kitchen. A 4/5 steps stairs leads to the loft / landing with access to the bathroom, the toilet and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a click/clack double bed. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a double washbasin and a shower. In the living room, with patio doors to the stylish front terrace / garden, is a TV for the DVD player and a radio / CD player with i-phone connection. The house is equipped with airconditioning.
