Enjoy your holiday in a non-smoking home.
Our "Menorca-Haus," built in spring 2019 with all modern standards, is situated in a dream location in Breskens at the Schoneveld Park.
The modernly furnished house, flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows, is an oasis of well-being, relaxation, and enjoyment for "young and old."
On hot days, our chalet does not overheat, as it can be comfortably tempered with built-in air conditioning.
The outdoor area offers a large sun terrace as well as lawns for playing, romping, and sunbathing.
In the garden shed, you can store your bicycles and other equipment.
Your four-legged friend is also warmly welcome. They will love the park and the sea, only 250 meters away.
The property of our chalet is completely fenced.
The holiday home offers 2 bedrooms (one with a TV), one bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm). The bed has two individual mattresses of size 80x200cm.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (mattress size: 80 cm x 200 cm). The bed has two individual mattresses of size 80x200cm.
Bed linen must be brought along. The size of the bed linen is the same in both bedrooms: the pillowcase should be 80x80 cm, the duvet cover 135x200 cm.
The chalet has a beautiful open living/dining area with an electric fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee and Senseo machine, etc.), a storage room, a garden house with a washing machine with dryer function, a large sun terrace and, and, and - ideal for a family with 2 children, but also for 4 adults. Our holiday home is located very close to the sea, the property has its own parking space.
You only need to bring bed linen (pillowcases and duvet covers), towels, dish towels, and a desire for a holiday, North Sea air, the sound of the sea, and relaxation.
Access to the park is secured by a barrier.
For the required access card, you pay a deposit of 25 €, which will of course be refunded upon return of the card.
At this point, we would like to point out that we are constantly striving to further beautify our chalet. Therefore, the furnishings and decorations may differ from the photos shown.

Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rated rents (excluding ancillary costs & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-renting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day on which the statement is received.

Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und auch zum Supermarkt und sonstigen Einrichtungen ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne Zeit hier.

Im Urlaub zu Hause
Wichtig für uns und unseren Kindern war die Strandnähe, für unseren Mischlingshund das eingezäunte Grundstück.

Auch, als sich unser Hund an der Pfote verletzte und wir zum Tierarzt mussten, fuhr uns Herr Heitzer direkt zum Arzt, damit unsere Blacky versorgt werden konnte.
Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses saubere, top modern eingerichtete und gemütliche Ferienhaus für eine unbeschwerte Zeit wärmstens empfehlen.
