The living room, with its sofa area (sofa bed with slatted frame and spring core), flat-screen TV, and separate dining area, invites you to enjoy the crackling fireplace on cooler evenings. In the summer months, the balcony is perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun.




The two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, feature modern, high-quality air conditioning (heating/cooling) and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), while the other promises restful sleep with two single beds (80x200 cm, which can be pushed together to form another double bed upon request).




The bathrooms feature a shower, a toilet, and custom-made vanities crafted by a carpenter, with countertops made of Mallorcan natural stone. One of the bathrooms also boasts a whirlpool bathtub with jets, air, and color-changing lights.
The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and more. It also has access to a small balcony (with a washing machine) which serves as a utility room.
