3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed; 2 complete bathrooms with shower and toilet, one with sauna and washing machine; extra kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave; and dining area with passage to one of the two living areas, with the first living area furnished with a sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove and TV.
The second living room can be used as a children's play room or reading room/rest area to relax on an additional sofa. Games for children are available—a small reading selection is at your disposal. From the living room you can access the furnished terrace.

The holiday apartments will be handed over in good working order and inspected. Any damages must be reported by the renter upon handover, otherwise they will be charged to the renter.
Pets are permitted by request at time of booking - written confirmation included in reservation documents.
The house must be left in clean and tidy condition, if possible dishes should be washed and put away, garbage emptied and the refrigerator and stove cleaned.
Please leave the apartment as if it were your own.

The guest may cancel the accommodation contract subject to the following financial conditions and hosting contract (cancellation). The cancellation becomes effective when we receive a written notice from the guest. In case of cancellation the guest has to pay a cancellation fee.
Up to 28 days before the start of the trip 50% of the total trip price and from 27 days before the start of the trip 80% of the total trip price. If the property can be rented to a third party, the cancellation fee for each day of the alternative rental is waived. Any complaints must be addressed exclusively to the host.
These are to be reported to the host immediately after they become known. Only the number of persons specified in the contract, where children are one person, may occupy the property. The host is only liable if the host or third parties commissioned by the host or other persons acting on the host's behalf are guilty of gross negligence or wilful intent. Excluded from this are personal injuries which are subject to statutory regulations. Pets may only be brought onto the premises if such permission has been granted under the accommodation contract or any other written agreement. In all other cases the host is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.
The accommodation contract becomes effective immediately when bookings are made via the Internet, otherwise only when the guest has signed and returned to us the booking or reservation confirmation sent to him/her, accepting the General Terms and Conditions. If, for any reason whatsoever, only an verbal or telephone booking confirmation can be made, this shall also be binding.

The village is located in the Biosphere Reserve South/East Rügen directly on the Hagenschen Wiek, a part of the Greifswald Bay with access to the Baltic Sea.
The Bodden is always a few degrees warmer than the Baltic Sea and is especially inviting for children to go swimming, or athletes to go kite surfing.
The beaches on the Baltic Sea between Lobbe and Thießow can be reached in just a few minutes by bike from our house. 2-2.5 km away
Near our holiday home there is a riding stable, a children's playground on the bay as well as numerous possibilities for cycling or hiking tours out in the countryside.

Urlaub zum genießen
Das Haus selber ist sehr modern eingerichtet mit vielen und schönen Extras.
Vom ersten Augenblick an fühlten wir uns hier sehr wohl. Und wenn, wie bei uns, das Wetter auch noch mitspielt, kann man sich kaum besseres wünschen.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen!

Komforttables Haus mit extrem hochwertiger Einrichtung
Dieses Haus hat eine sehr hochwertige Einrichtung! Hier nur einige Details: Große komfortable Neff Küche ( vollausgestattet ), super Bäder, gr. Terrasse, Spielzimmer mit zahlreichen Spielen usw.
Auch die Liebe zum Detail hat nicht gefehlt! Rundum haben wir hier eine tolle Woche verlebt .
Super Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war selbstverständlich.
Hier werden wir noch einmal hinfahren, dann aber für 2 Wochen!
