It is a three-storey house. On the main floor, there is a astonishing living-dining room, with TV-SAT and A/C. The kitchen, with direct access to the outside, is wide and has ceramic cooktop. The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on this floor and another one with bathtub on the upper floor. Then, there are also 4 bedrooms that feature two single beds and wardrobe; one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor and the last one on the 2nd floor.
