On the upper floor is the very large open living area with kitchen, dining and play room for children and a small toilet.
On the attic level are the lovely bedrooms with the main bathroom.
There are also balconies on the upper and attic floors to relax and sun yourself facing the city park.

recht vielen Dank für diese schönen Worte!! Es freut mich immer sehr, wenn wir unseren Gästen einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub bieten können. Ich bin auch immer dabei, das Haus ein stück weit zu verbessern.....
Tolles Haus in toller Lage
Der Hauptwohnbereich ist trotz des offenen Wohnkonzeptes urgemütlich, die Bäder mit den Regenduschen waren traumhaft. Für die Kinder war die sehr gut ausgestattete Kinderspielecke ein absolutes Highlight.
Die Lage ist ruhig direkt am Stadtpark gelegen. Hinter dem Stadtpark findet man fußläufig schon den ersten Lebensmittelmarkt, auch der Bäcker war direkt um die Ecke.
Man ist schnell in den umliegenden Gemeinden. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Sommerrodelbahn in St. Engelmar, die noch so viel mehr bietet (Motorikspielplatz, Rutschturm), Bodenmais, Arbersee, Pullman City.
Wir haben hier wunderschöne Tage verlebt!
