Located in a small residence with a swimming pool, it offers two pleasant terraces: one with no overlooking neighbours, featuring a hammock and barbecue, and the other with a view of the pool.

On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful living space with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en suite) ensure comfort and privacy. Parking is available on site or just opposite the residence.
