Payment and cancellation conditions
•Bookings are only considered final after a deposit of 20% of the rental price has been paid with corresponding confirmation of receipt
•We reserve the right to change prices
•Deposit of 20% of the rental price upon booking, 100% of the total cost by bank transfer no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period plus confirmation of receipt
•If the booking is cancelled up to 5 weeks before the rental period, any payments already made will be refunded minus a fee of €100.00.
•In case of later cancellation, there will be no refund of any payments already made
•A deposit of €200.00 in cash is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, minus any costs for damage to the property that was clearly caused by improper use by the tenant.
•Final cleaning of € 70.00 is not included in the rate and must be paid in cash on site.
•Electricity consumption will be charged at € 0.30/KWH upon departure based on actual consumption.
•Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person for max. 5 nights (max. € 5.00/PP) is also to be paid in cash

Open terraces, covered terraces, the pool with sun terrace and loungers is perfect for taking a dip and sunbathing, while the open space on the property and beautiful lawn round off the list of quality amenities.
The trulli feature large glass surfaces that allow natural light into the interior; they are fully equipped, leave little to be desired and are of a high standard, while the specially selected furnishings underline the unique trullo ambience. Attached to each house is a covered terrace with large dining table and barbecue, ideal for "al fresco" dining.
Not only were the homes professionally and lovingly restored for the first time about 15 years ago and recently renovated... the entire atmosphere is absolutely enchanting.
The view over the property towards the sea as well as the evening flair of the illuminated complex and old town is sure to be appreciated by connoisseurs!

500 m after the fifth roundabout, turn right onto the small street near the red mailboxes (the town of Ostuni is on the left). After about 300 m (unpaved road) you will see the ivory gate to the property on the right.
