Holiday house Verführerisches Ferienhaus in Salviac mit Schwimmbad i Lot, Southern France

Authentic bakery house within walking distance of the charming town of Salviac, located in the Bouriane, between the Dordogne and Lot rivers. The whole is on a dead end road, and is particularly beautiful in terms of very wide views and atmosphere. The cottage has a very spacious garden to the large shed (not in use), and that gives a sheltered and cozy feeling. It is certainly not large, but very cozy and pleasantly furnished and everything is there: a well-equipped kitchen, a decent bathroom, living / dining room and upstairs a small bedroom. The house is on-french clean and tidy! The French owner lives a little further, grant you all privacy, but is there if you have any help or questions. Behind the barn is another holiday home (out of sight) and the large communal swimming pool with spacious terraces and more than enough garden furniture is well behind the house. Further on, out of sight, there is a small house that is sporadically rented out, and those tenants also occasionally use the swimming pool, but you will not be bothered by that. Visit Domme, Sarlat, but also visit Cahors . The market in Cazals on Sunday morning is super fun! Enjoy!
