Our freshly renovated villa is the perfect place for your relaxed holiday in a dreamlike setting. Built in the regional Bastide style, it is situated very quietly at the edge of a gated community. Relax and enjoy the Southern French quality of life in the beautiful Provencal garden with a private pool. A cozy walk of about 20 minutes takes you to the charming town center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence with its culinary and cultural offerings and the Provencal weekly market.

Villa Lou', with 110 m2 of living space, is fully equipped for a maximum of six guests. The furnishings are high quality, and we have equipped it with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living/dining area with a fireplace and large doors that lead directly to the garden and pool. The view of the olive tree in the garden from the ground-level bedroom with a double bed will awaken your holiday feeling every morning. Attached is a bathroom with a shower. The modern, fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare fresh local products from one of the numerous markets in the area.

The living area is open to the first floor. Enjoy the delightful perspective of the garden and pool from the balcony of the larger bedroom upstairs, the "Suite Parentale". The smaller bedroom upstairs is furnished with two single beds. They can also be put together.

The large terrace with sun protection is the center for your summery life in the garden. You can reach it directly from the kitchen and living room. Relax in the garden on a high-quality seating group or an elevated seating area with two chairs. In the summer temperatures, cool off in the generous pool measuring 8x4 m and 1.5 m deep. For your safety, we have equipped the pool with an electrically operated cover. Use the additional terrace on the other side of the house with a table and two chairs, for example, for a coffee from the Italian espresso machine.

The house has a modern fiber-optic internet connection (Wi-Fi), two TVs with Amazon Firestick for streaming, and a portable Sonos speaker. On the fenced property, there is a parking space and a garage for storing your bikes.
