Villa Nettuno is a detached ground-floor villa with 500 m² fenced private garden in the quiet seaside village of Pantanagianni, only 150 m from one of the longest sandy beaches on the Brindisi coast. It sleeps 4–5 guests with two double bedrooms (one with extra fold-out bed and one with direct access to the garden), a shower bathroom, living room and a modern kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Outside you can enjoy two shaded verandas with garden furniture and a dining table overlooking the lawn, plus an outdoor shower and private parking for three cars. Air conditioning in the hallway cools the whole house, and shops, beach bars and restaurants are a short drive away.

Villa Nettuno is a ground-floor villa with 500 m² fenced private garden and two shaded verandas, ideal for families with pets. Two double bedrooms, extra bed, Wi-Fi, A/C and a modern kitchen with dishwasher make stays practical close to the beach.
Ein toller und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Besonders unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut über das Außengelände. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter die Straße runter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Anfang Oktober 2023 waren wir für 12 Tage in Pantanagianni in der Villa Nettuno u.haben hier in Apulien einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Strandnähe (ca. 250m entfernt) verbracht. Die Villa liegt in einer kleinen Privat- u. Ferienhaussiedlung. Die Terrasse ist groß und gut zum Sitzen/Liegen, Essen ausgestattet. Es gibt hier sogar eine Dusche. Innen hat uns nichts gefehlt, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. In der Nähe ist eine gute & günstige Pizzeria. Das Team von Vacance in Puglia hat sich super um uns gekümmert, die Kommunikation war total unkompliziert. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich und haben mit Informationen&Tipps versorgt und jederzeit perfekt unterstützt, so dass wir unseren Urlaub genießen konnten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bella villa sulla costa di Ostuni.
Lo spazio interno è ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort, il giardino un piccolo paradiso, il quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo. Siamo stati benissimo!
Il luogo è perfetto anche per visitare i dintorni, vera perla della Puglia!
L’host è stato sempre reattivo e gentile, un piccolo problema idraulico è stato risolto velocemente e senza disagi.
Consiglierei questo alloggio a chi cerca pace e tranquillità in una delle più belle zone della Puglia :-)
