Spacious outdoor terraces and well-kept lawns, covered barbecue and cooking area with open fireplace, sufficient parking space directly at the house, 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with sea view, 4 bathrooms, a large, modern kitchen with sea view, living room with fireplace and sea view. The combination of traditional architecture with modern comfort is the great specialty of this house. In the holiday home you can expect comfortably furnished interiors that extend from the ground floor, first floor to the attic (sloping roof to 100 cm). A well-tended garden with Mediterranean trees and well-tended lawn precedes the living rooms. Behind the house you will find a beautiful olive grove. The location by the sea, with a view of the Kvarner Bay, the island of Cres and Losinj is terrific, uninterrupted views as far as Rijeka.

Es macht Freude, sich in und um das Haus herum aufzuhalten, ideal zum Relaxen und Entspannen. Von der sommerlichen Hitze entspannt es sich am besten mit einem Sprung ins kristallklare Wasser. Der Strand und eine betonierte Liegeplattform direkt an der Küste ( nicht exklusiv, da in Kroatien Strände immer öffentlich zugänglich sein müssen ) sind in 2 - 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
