The house is 300 m from a small village. You will have all the peace you need. A large garden (over 2000 square meters) is only available to you.
The amazing three level pool is a great choice for both children and adults.
The decor is modern, nicely decorated with a few special Istrian details.
On the ground floor there is a luxurious and cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a bedroom with a king-size bed. On the first floor are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms with double beds with en-suite bathrooms.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub
Wir hatten 14 Tage voller Erholung und Spaß am Pool. Die Ausstattung entsprach zu 100 % den Angebotsangaben und es gab nichts zu bemängeln oder zu kritisieren. Der Grill an der Außenküche war super und der Pizzaofen ist der Hammer. Leckere Pizza gebacken und gleich mehrfach genutzt. Durch die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses hätte man uns auch gerne 14 Tage in Quarantäne stecken können. Es fehlte an nichts und unsere Kinder im Alter von 3-16 Jahre konnten sich super beschäftigen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft an Suzana und bis zum nächsten Urlaub

Das Haus lässt absolut keine Wünsche übrig, die Betreuung von Suzana ist wirklich unglaublich. Wir fühlen uns schon fast wie zuhause.
Es fällt dann doppelt schwer, wieder abzureisen.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub
Das Haus und Grundstück ist weitläufig, schön angelegt und hat praktisch alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt - und es ist für jeden etwas dabei, ob Volley-/Federballfeld, Fußballfeld, Spielplatz, TT-Platte und Billard. Fernsehen in jedem Zimmer - wer es auch im Urlaub braucht :-).
Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, die Sommerküche (incl. Pizza-Ofen) haben wir sehr genossen.
Suzana ist sehr liebenswürdig, jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns verwöhnt. An- und Abreise waren vollkommen entspannt und Sie ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse gerne ein. Herzlichen Dank dafür.
Wir sind rundum begeistert und kommen definitiv wieder.
