Wemeldinge is a charming village with a large marina and is beautifully situated by the Oosterschelde National Park with its own beach. The village offers a complete range of amenities, including a supermarket and many restaurants. Additionally, you are just a ten-minute drive from the lively shopping city of Goes. The village is part of the Municipality of Kapelle and is located close to the highway (A58). Within ten minutes, you can reach the main roads towards Rotterdam (50 minutes by car), Breda (50 minutes by car), and Antwerp (35 minutes by car). Wemeldinge is one of the fifty villages included in the ANWB book 'The Most Beautiful Villages in the Netherlands.'

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, the living room with kitchen, and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a dining area, television, and radio.
