Zoutelande is the only place in the Netherlands with a south-facing beach, giving it the most sunshine hours. At the beach, you will also find two beach pavilions, all just one kilometer from the holiday home. You have access to a spacious living room with a partially open kitchen. The living room is cozily furnished and equipped with two sofas, a dining table, DVD player, satellite TV, and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, citrus juicer, and kettle.

There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box spring mattresses. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The holiday home has central heating (underfloor heating), free internet, a high chair, and a crib.

Outside, you have a beautiful, large garden with a spacious terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. Additionally, you have access to a bicycle storage and private parking.
