danke für den lobenden Teil Ihres Berichts. Er bestätigt den Erfolg unseres Wohnkonzepts. Ihre Kritik können wir nachvollziehen, denn genau deshalb wird noch in diesem Frühjahr auch der gesamte Wohnbereich im EG in aktuellem Wohlfühl-Design vollständig neu gestaltet.
Unsere Investitionsstrategie ist die fortlaufende Erneuerung. Dies schont den Mietpreis zum Vorteil unserer Gäste. Die schon neue Schlafetage mit den beiden eleganten Bädern haben Sie bemerkt und honoriert. Überarbeitet wurde auch die Außenanlage und dabei eine neue, behagliche Terrasse geschaffen. Damit erstrahlt unser Haus jetzt komplett in neuem Glanz.
Die abschüssige Zuwegung ist eigentlich ein großes Plus unseres Hauses. Ist die abgeböschte Lage doch das entscheidende Moment für die bei uns sehr geschätzte Geborgenheit und wirkungsvolle Abschirmung von Umweltlärm. Dass bei Frost Glätte auftreten kann, versteht sich. Aber da hätte unser freundlicher Hausmeister vor Ort, wie übrigens bei allen auftauchenden Problemen, sofort Abhilfe geschaffen – wenn Sie ihn nur verständigt hätten. Oder auch uns.
