The seating area in the living room features a cozy fireplace. There is digital TV with many German channels. From the living room, you enter the large, covered terrace with a great lounge corner. On the second terrace with garden furniture and a fixed grill, you can end the day with a culinary highlight. The garden is completely fenced. Through the gate of the back garden, you directly access the path to the dunes and beach.
The open kitchen is generously equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove (Boretti) with an oven/grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. In the garden shed, there's a freezer. The dining group, right next to the kitchen, seats four people.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and bathroom furniture and one with 2 single box-spring beds. There are ample closets.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine.
The house is centrally heated, and there is free Wi-Fi. Parking is available on the property. In the garden, there is a lockable garden shed where you can, for example, store your bicycles.
