The villa is well appointed and situated at ground level on the outskirts of the urbanization "La Palmita". It has a friendly and bright living dining area, an additional small living room, two well sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
The terrace is accessible from the living room, from one of the two bedrooms, as well as from the dining room. It provides ample space to enjoy the sun after a jump in the pool.

Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, dann ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Autobahn ist nah stört aber überhaupt nicht.
Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist alles da.
