Villa Aurora is located in the Trecastelli countryside, near Ripe, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of the Marche region.
This villa is located about 1 km from Ripe, a small village where you can find shops, bars and restaurants.
The surrounding area offers charming historic towns to visit, including Corinaldo, one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy", known for its impressive and well-preserved city walls of almost 1 km surrounding the medieval historic center, the famous "Cento Scale" (Hundred Steps) and for the historical reenactment of the "Contesa del Pozzo della Polenta" which is organized every third weekend of July, in addition to other important events such as "Corinaldo Jazz" during the month of August and "Halloween - La Festa delle Streghe" (The Festival of the Witches).
Among the historic towns in the area, Ostra, Ostra Vetere, Mondavio, Arcevia and its castles, Pergola, Morro d'Alba and Jesi are also worth a visit. From the villa it is also possible to reach Urbino, Pesaro, Ancona, Loreto and Recanati.
The beach of Senigallia is only a 20 minutes drive from the villa. Senigallia is one of the most famous and popular seaside resorts in the region, renowned for its "Velvet Beach", with long beaches of fine sand, beach clubs, bars and restaurants on the sea, and many events throughout the year.
One of the most important events that characterizes the city during the summer is the Summer Jamboree, the international festival of music and culture of America 1940s-1950sthat attracts fans from all over the world.
From here you can also reach the beautiful Conero Riviera with the famous towns of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo, with beaches with crystal clear waters surrounded by the greenery of the park, and the suggestive Frasassi Caves, underground caves with stalactites and stalagmites.
This area is renowned for the local production of wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey. In particular, it is known for the production of the wines Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. and Lacrima Di Morro D'Alba D.O.C., which can be tasted and purchased in many and renowned wineries and wine-producing farms.
This villa is located in the Marche countryside, overlooking the hills and the surrounding small villages.
The garden, surrounded by trees and hedges, offers privacy and quietness and is the ideal place to spend pleasant days outdoors.
Here you will find the heated swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, a 6-seater hot tub and sofas for complete relaxation in nature.
Near the pool there is also a paved area shaded by a shade sail with tables and chairs, barbecue and wood oven, where you can eat comfortably outdoors.
A ping-pong is also available to guests.
The villa has 1 charging point for electric cars.

This villa is on two floors and is completed by an outbuilding, to accommodate a total of 10 people.
The villa is furnished with style, equipped with modern equipment and built according to energy efficiency standards for optimal comfort.
The ground floor is consists of:
- a bright living room with sofas, TV, fireplace, dining table, with large windows overlooking the garden;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table;
- a bedroom with a French bed (140×190 cm);
- a bathroom with shower;
- a laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the first floor there are:
- a hallway area with a Japanese futon;
- a double bedroom (with bed 180x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower, which can also be used as steam bath, and a panoramic terrace;
- a double bedroom (with bed 160x200 cm) with loft;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) with loft;
- a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub.
On request it is possible to add an extra single bed on the ground floor.
The villa is equipped with a floor cooling system and insect screens on windows.
The outbuilding consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning (underfloor cooling); Wi-Fi; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week); electric vehicle charging; nr.1 e-bike; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
