Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The house features three bedrooms to rest, all of the with air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them have twin beds and exit to a balcony with pool views. The last bedroom has a double bed and space for a baby cot. A second baby cot and two high chairs also are available. Finally, the accommodation offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Traumhafte Finca mit großem Pool und Tischtennis
Alles top, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.
Die 4 Klimaanlagen sind super, der Pool riesig und der Bereich drumherum hat sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schatzenplätze.
Vor der schönen Veranda (abends mit Lichterkette im Baum) gibt es eine sehr stabile Tischtennisplatte und regelmäßig Besuch von div. (unaufdringlichen) Nachbarskatzen- sehr zur Freude der Kinder.
Zu Fuß ist man in 2 min beim Lidl- Markt, der auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt, mit dem Auto braucht man 4 min zum kleinen Hafen von Can Picafort. Ein Ausflugstipp sind die Höhlen von Campanet (20 min mit dem Auto)- sehr beeindruckend und nicht überlaufen.
