On the ground floor you will find the large entrance area typical of Mallorcan houses, a beautiful bathroom, two bedrooms, an office area that can also be used as a playroom for the little ones, as well as a large living / dining room with stone walls and a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads from the spacious hall to the upper floor, where there are 2 further double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. The two rooms on the upper floor offer large walk-in closets that serve as small adjoining rooms.
The well-preserved stone wall that once separated the animal stables and today frames the covered terrace with table and chairs still dominates the outside area of the house. There is also the beautiful private pool with beautiful views of the countryside, comfortable sun loungers and parasols, an artificial grass area and an outdoor fireplace as a barbecue, as well as private parking for several vehicles on the property.
We would like to mention that Finca Cas Concarrí has a child-safe pool as it is completely surrounded by a small stone wall with a security gate.
