Its stunning lawn garden surrounds the private chlorine pool, 10 m x 5 m and a depth of 0.5 m to 2 m, that becomes the protagonist next to a fantastic porch-barbecue. After sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers and cooling off, you can make tasty recipes and spend the afternoon chatting under the porch. The plot is fenced and has total privacy.

When you come in into the house, it welcomes you a cosy stay with A/C that unifies both the living and dining room as well as the kitchen. Here you can cook on a ceramic cooktop, eat and relax watching TV (with a Smart TV) or listen to music. In addition, there is a shower bathroom and two dormitories that feature a wardrobe, one of them boasting two single beds while the other has a double bed. Likewise, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite shower bathroom, to which you can access from the porch-barbecue. You have at your disposal a cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron as well as ironing board. The entire accommodation is equipped with oil central heating.
