Spectacular stone villa for 8 people with all comforts and a large pool.
This recently built beautiful villa combines traditional Majorcan style with the comfort and luxury of a modern house.
The driveway leads to the parking space in front of the house, which is characterised by a beautiful stone façade and green shutters. Upon entering the house, we access the hall, dominated by a beautiful stone and wood staircase. The living room is spacious and divided into two areas - one with 2 beautiful leather sofas in front of the fireplace and TV and the other with a dining table. From the dining room, three large glass doors lead to the back terrace. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is spacious and fully equipped with white furniture. Furthermore, on the ground floor is a suite with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with schower; and a utility room with washingmashine.
On the second floor there is a suite with two single beds and a spectacular bathroom with shower and bathtub, two double bedrooms - one with two single beds and one with a double bed - and a complete bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms in the house have a terrace.
At the back of the house is the terrace with an outside table for outdoor dining. Here you will also find the swimming pool, which is more than 12 metres long, with sun loungers and two large lawn. On one side there is also the barbecue and a toilet.
The house has air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV.

Perfekter Ort zur Erholung. Ferienwohnung hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist das beste vom Besten

Sehr schöne geräumige Apartments
Wir sind jetzt schon das 3. Mal hier und Prerow gefällt uns sehr gut. Es gibt genug hier zu sehen und zu entdecken, der Strand ist sehr sauber zu Fuß und mit dem Rad von der Ferienwohnung gut zu erreichen.
In der Ferienwohnung selbst waren wir das erste mal und hat uns sehr gefallenen, sehr modern eingerichtet sehr sauber und gepflegte hat uns von den drei mal die wir nun hier waren mit am besten gefallen. Gut fanden wir das die Fahrräder separat in einen abschließbaren schuppen untergebracht werden können.
Für die Kinder gibt es auch ne Schaukel Sandkasten und rutsche .

In der Ferienwohnung selbst waren wir das erste mal und hat uns sehr gefallenen, sehr modern eingerichtet sehr sauber und gepflegte hat uns von den drei mal die wir nun hier waren mit am besten gefallen. Gut fanden wir das die Fahrräder separat in einen abschließbaren schuppen untergebracht werden können.
Für die Kinder gibt es auch ne Schaukel Sandkasten und rutsche .

Wir waren in der Wohnung Ankerplatz 2/3 untergebracht.
Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.
Sauber und ordentlich ist auch alles.
Gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Spülmaschine und mehr als ausreichendem Geschirr.
Der Hit ist der Wintergarten. Hier kann man auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen die Sonne genießen.
Gemütlich am Abend wird es durch den Kamin. Herrlich ruhig gelegen.

Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist das die Wohnung etwas über einen Km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt ist. Auch zum Strand und dem nächsten Restaurant ist es ein Stück hin.
Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist oder nicht gern Fahrrad fährt ist es daher nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Dafür ist es jedoch sehr schön ruhig gelegen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Sie war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Super Anlage zum Ferien machen, neue Häuser und viel Abstellmöglichkeiten in kleinen Schuppen z.b. für Fahrräder Punkt die Wohnungen sind modern und hell eingerichtet.
ganz gemütlich sehr, ruhig gelegen
Prerow ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir sind jetzt schon das 3. Mal hier und Land und Leute gefallen uns sehr gut. Es gibt genug Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung von Prerow und im Ort gibt es nette Läden zum shoppen, tolle Restaurants und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Am Strand kann man stundenlang laufen, es fährt dort ein kleines Mobil mit Eis, Kaffee und anderen Leckereien. An zwei Übergängen kann man lecker essen bzw. Eis und Fischbrötchen essen. Ein Tisch in einem der zahlreichen Restaurant lohnt es sich zu reservieren.
