The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs.
In the courtyard there is a Saltwater swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces, is completely fenced and offers complete privacy!

Die Villa entspricht zu 100 % den Bildern , ist sehr sauber modern eingerichtet.
Toller Pool und sehr kleiner aber schöner Garten.
Das Grundstück ist etwas abgelegen, komplett eingezäunt, ideal für Privatsphäre und perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund !
