ACCOMMODATION: You enter in the villa from the large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa (sofa bed, can comfortably accommodate 2 children up to 12 years old). The apartment is located in an area, where you have your privacy and at the same time you are able to reach all locations in Tuscany/ Val d’Orcia fast and easily. Samuele is a very polite and helpful host. He provided us with a gift hamper full of staff you need on your first day of stay (bottle of wine, bottle of water, pasta, tomato sauce and nuts). We as well had a possibility of flexible check-in/-out. Thank you for this, Samuele! Although Samuele do not speak English, he gave his best with trying to give helpful advises. He reacted quick to our enquiries and provided as with everything we asked for (add. toilette paper, blanket).
However, the apartment (bathroom and kitchen) were not clean upon our arrival in the evening and we had to perform the cleaning on our own (Samuele suggested cleaning on next day), because (especially) of spots in toilette. The apartment is in the middle of the nature, so you must expect insects like scorpions, hornets, spiders etc. in your apartment.

Appartamento molto carino immerso nel verde, sicuramente ideale per chi cerca momenti di pace e tranquillità dallo stress cittadino. Host molto disponibile e cordiale che ha saputo indicarmi sia locali che paesi da visitare nelle vicinanze. Sicuramente ci tornerei volentieri. Consiglio solamente di attenzionare alcuni dettagli, che non hanno influito negativamente sulla permanenza, ma che potrebbero sicuramente alzare il livello e la comodità come ad esempio un divano un po’ più comodo, la sistemazione del rubinetto doccia, l’installazione di zanzariere utili soprattutto in una casa di campagna e la sistemazione del primo tratto di sterrato del vialetto di accesso. Nel complesso consigliatissimo.
We enjoyed staying at this pretty house surrounded by olive trees. The house is equipped with almost everything we need. Especially a laundry washing machine helped us a lot while we stayed for 8 nights. Toilet and shower room was clean. Hot water supply was quite sufficient. Communication with the owner was very smooth and action was pretty fast whenever necessary. We enjoyed BBQ twice during our stay. All equipment were available. I recommend this place.
We chose La Casina as part of our wedding and honeymoon in Tuscany and are so pleased we did. This is a secluded piece of paradise with everything you could need and more. The garden and surrounding view is nothing short of breathtaking. The host is very accommodating and polite. We would not hesitate in staying here again. A very private, rustic and peaceful escape. Well located for a visit to Siena. would highly recommend the smaller villages Montepulciano, Pienza was a little treasure and Cortona where we enjoyed a challenging but worthwhile walk to the fortress which rewarded us with wonderful views. we enjoyed a very nice meal at alle volte in Sinalunga, and peaceful relaxing time in the garden. The drive down was a bit steep and slippery but manageable for a confident driver.
Mooi gelegen Airbnb, helaas konden we vrijwel geen gebruik maken van de buitenruimte omdat we aangevallen werden door tientallen muggen. Hier kan de host natuurlijk niets aan doen, er stond zelfs muggen spray klaar in het huisje, desondanks wel jammer.
Verder voldeet het aan de beschrijving. WiFi haperde wel wat maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk aan de omgeving. De algehele ruimte was schoon maar er zou meer aandacht besteed kunnen worden aan het schoonmaken van bijvoorbeeld de oven, randjes en details. De airco werkte goed en was een fijne toevoeging in de warmte. Ook konden we gebruik maken van de wasmachine wat erg fijn was. Doucheknop is lagsig te draaien, maar werkt uiteindelijk wel.
Let op: de toegangsweg is een grindpad en moeilijk te berijden voor de meeste auto's!

Casa immersa nel verde degli ulivi, raggiungibile con pochi metri di sterrato (che assicurano privacy dalla strada ma al contempo non rendono difficile il suo raggiungimento). La villa era accessoriata di ogni cosa così come il suo esterno. Gli host gentilissimi e flessibili di fronte ai nostri problemi di date/orari. Speriamo di tornare presto!
We loved our stay here. The space is wonderful and had everything we needed to cook and live there for a couple of nights. It’s close to some great tourist spots like Siena & Montepluciano. We loved the outdoor area as well. Just be careful on the driveway down because it’s very steep!
Host cordiale simpatico e sempre disponibile. La Casina è un luogo ideale per chi vuole trascorrere del tempo a contatto con la natura. Un giardino curato e recitato anche il nostro cane ha apprezzato gli spazi all’aperto.

Very peaceful place , if you want to relax and get away from hassle and bassale of touristic area this is a place , good location with an hour to an hour half to Florence and Siena .
Many small villages and town around . Being in among trees and olive orchards many mosquitoes, unfortunately can not do much about that . We had great time , Samuel very responsive. Samuel introduce us to chef Luca , to have private cooking class and amazing dinner . Viva Tuscany

The location was very private and peaceful, you could only hear the birds singing. The house is spacious and plenty of places to stay outside too. We loved how comfortable the bed was. When we were there it was a bit cold at night, I wish more blankets were provided to sleep, we were lucky to have our own with us. It's a great escape place for a couple who wants to enjoy a peaceful holiday.
Haus und Garten waren wie beschrieben, obwohl ich die Einrichtung eher zweckmäßig als komfortabel beschreiben würde. Einiges könnte erneuert (Couch) oder repariert (Toilettensitz, Duscharmatur) werden. Die Couch ist leider schon ziemlich durchgesessen, so dass man im ausgezogenen Zustand nur auf dem ausgezogenen Teil halbwegs schlafen kann. Der Teil auf dem normalerweise gesessen wird, ist nicht 'schlafbar' ohne Rückenschmerzen zu bekommen. Aus diesem Grund sehe ich das Haus auch eher als 2 Personen-Unterkunft & nicht geeignet für 4 Erwachsene. Ansonsten schließe ich mich den vorherigen Gästen gern an: tolle, sehr ruhige Lage, um die Toskana zu entdecken, der Garten ist klasse: riesig & wunderschön bewachsen mit zahlreichen Olivenbäumen (Sonnenliegen statt -stühle wären tatsächlich toll). Das Schlafzimmer kann komplett verdunkelt werden (Top!) und das Bett ist bequem. Der Kontakt mit Paolo & Samuele (Eigentümer) war sehr professionell und zuverlässig, danke dafür noch mal!
Prachtige locatie, rustig gelegen maar toch nabij Siena en Arezzo. In het huisje is alles aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. De tuin is omheind en voorzien van voldoende sanitair en een barbecue. Wandelmogelijkheden vanuit de achtertuin! Ideaal voor honden. Samuele reageert snel, zorgt voor een welkom ontvangst en vertrek, is super flexibel! Enige minpuntje is de kraan in de douchecabine, die zou vervangen mogen worden. Al met al zouden wij dit verblijf zeker aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een ontspannen vakantie met hond.

Toller Aufenthalt, ruhig & privat. Samuele war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt :) top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In völliger Ruhe gelegen und mit eingezäunten Garten. Können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Samuele!
Soggiorno fantastico in una casa immersa nel verde, dove rigenerarsi e trascorrere del tempo in totale relax. Un plauso alla gentilezza e professionalità di Samuele, il padrone di casa, il quale ci ha fornito in modo dettagliato tutte le informazioni per raggiungere l’alloggio. La casa davvero fantastica, dotata di tutti i comfort e soprattuto ben fornita di tutti gli utensili per gli amanti della cucina!!

We had a lovely stay at the house! The yard is fully enclosed so our puppies loved it! The house was spacious and well maintained.
Great find! We loved the peaceful setting of the house. It is private and quiet. The space, with a bedroom away from the kitchen and living area, allowed for uninterrupted sleep. Welcome basket with wine, water, pasta, cookies and juice was greatly appreciated. We would recommend.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area! We had a great stay here (five nights) and Samuele, the host was extremely helpful. Hot water wasn't hot enough but after contacting him about it was immediately fixed (less then ten minutes). Several supermarkets close by and just a few minutes to the highway. Great place to stay in the country!! Thank you Samuele :)
un petit havre de paix au milieu des oliviers. Personne autour et sur place. Tout est bien pensé et fonctionnel. La chambre est super grande avec plein de rangements , le lit est grand avec une bonne literie et un bon matelas , de qualité et propre. La chambre est climatisée. le salon est bien grand. bon à savoir : télé qu'avec les chaines italiennes , il n'y a pas de micro ondes , petit chemin d'accès en pente au milieu des oliviers légèrement escarpé. mais pour nous aucun problème ! il y a une buanderie attenante à la maison. Et la terrasse est couverte , pour les fumeurs c'est pratique.

We can only highly recommend this property. We travelled with a big dog so the big and completely fenced garden is a huge plus (the fence is high as well).
Another big plus is that we could check-In early. The communication was good and quick, and the owner was reachable. The location is great to do day trips and the property is very comfortable with everything you need. The owner left us a welcome basket with some essentials.

Ein sehr schönes neu gebautes Haus im Herzen der Toscana wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde gleich ein Rundgang gemacht der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort aber er war per Handy erreichbar :-) Der Garten war super für unseren Hund, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön wäre es nur ein paar gemütlichere Liegestühle hinzumachen ansonsten alles super !!!! Wir kommen wieder

We love everything about this house. It was everything it says on the description. Everything you need for a nice holiday in beautiful Tuscany. Samuele is a great host, always available and super friendly.
Das freistehende Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Wir haben in Mitten von Olivenbäumen uns sehr wohl gefühlt. TV ist nur auf Italienisch verfügbar, der Eigentümer spricht ebenfalls nur italienisch, daher Kommunikation nur über Messenger und Übersetzungstool. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist aber sehr gut an das Schnellstraßen-Netz angeschlossen, so dass Tagestouren in der Umgebung gut möglich sind. Besonders gefreut, hat uns das kleine Willkommenspaket, dass über den ersten Abend hilft! Wünschenswert wären Fliegengitter, um Mücken und anderes Ungeziefer aus dem Haus zu halten.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Farnetella. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön gelegen und für unsere Hunde war es das perfekte Grundstück. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch des Val d‘Orcia, zum Beispiel mit einer Vespa ab Pienza. Die Aussichten sind traumhaft. Im Haus könnten ein paar Dinge erneuert werden, aber es war ausreichend und gemütlich. Samuele war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und für uns jederzeit erreichbar.
Lieben Dank Paolo von Tuscany sowie dem Besitzer Samuele für den top Service. Absolut eine seriöse Abwicklung. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben und ruhig gelegen. Garten war riesig und eingezäunt ideal auch mit Hunden.. Absolute Ruhe wie gewünscht. Samuele war sehr aufmerksam und bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Absolut Top Grazie mille.

Un posto incantevole, rilassante ed immerso nella natura Toscana, ottimo per raggiungere qualsiasi località della Val di chiana e dalla Val d'Orcia. Accoglienza, gentilezza e veramente attenti all'esigenze dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!!
The pictures don’t do this home justice… staying at this property was the highlight of our trip! The yard is huge and so peaceful. Everything was quiet and the patio is perfect for sitting on at any time of day. Host was very kind and helpful. Property was close to so many cities and wineries. I would absolutely stay again anytime!
