To put it bluntly: we have not yet seen a house of this size, equipment, and location on Tenerife. One half of the semi-detached house is rented out by us. The house has two floors in total. The basement area has been designed as a large garage.
On the ground floor, there is the living room, a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, study, pantry, and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private balcony. From three balconies, there is a view of the sea and from the fourth balcony, there is a view of Teide, the highest mountain in Spain.
The house is equipped with an elevator, and it is possible to travel from the garage to the 2nd floor.
