The estate includes a large house with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with dining room and large 80m² terrace with whirlpool for 6 people. In the lower part of the house, there are sauna, fitness room, and game room where you can relax, train or have fun playing billiard, table tennis, darts or table soccer… Every room in the house have air conditioning and wi-fi connection.
In the front of the house, there is a 60 m² heated swimming pool and Children’s playground. Right next to the pool, there is a small 30m² party house with barbecue. This small house is a perfect place to have dinner and spend evenings
There is also 450m² sport facility where you can play tennis, soccer, volleyball, badminton and etc…
The real asset of this house is the basement with a small tavern where we keep our 100% organic cheese, prosciutto, ham and vine made of the special sort of grapes growing only in this part of the world. So if you get hungry or thirsty, and want to taste something really Croatian, you are welcome to visit our tavern and try best quality food and vine.
