In a quiet and charming street in Cala San Vicente, on a corner plot with plenty of on-street parking, you'll find the main entrance of Villa Estrella de Mar and the covered terrace with a sitting area. There is a dining area with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofas, and chairs. On the same level, there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A few steps up, you'll find the fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all modern appliances, perfect for preparing memorable dinners! On the same floor, there is a terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast and quick lunches before heading to the beach. Also on this floor is a room with an en-suite bathroom.
