The complex offers guests access to freshwater and saltwater <b>swimming pools</b> directly on the cliffs overlooking the sea, bars, restaurants, sports fields, and recreational areas immersed in the splendid setting of <b>Elba Island</b>.

The villa is nestled in the Mediterranean scrub. Situated in the center of a <b>large private garden</b>, it is surrounded by pine trees and offers spacious <b>outdoor spaces</b> for enjoying your holiday in the open air: a <b>large veranda</b> equipped with a table and chairs for outside dining, a spacious <b>outdoor lounge</b> for sipping an aperitif while admiring magnificent sunsets over the sea, and an area with loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing.
