Villa Zinnia consists of two separate units.
The first, larger unit consists of a ground floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two single bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning in the hallway.
The second, smaller unit consists of a double room with bathroom on the first floor and a room with two separate beds on the second floor.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.

Zum Thema Preis und Leistung möchte ich folgenden Grund für meine Bewertung abgeben: Es heißt „Preis und Leistung“ nicht „Preis und Martksituation“… aus kaufmännischen Gesichtspunkten wird sich die überhöhte Preisstruktur in naher Zukunft rächen, dass auf die Dauer Gäste wegbleiben und das wäre sehr schade.
