In our beautiful and comfortable holiday flat there is a large bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and television, a small bedroom with a box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm). The cosily furnished living/dining room has a comfortable couch - which can be converted into an additional sleeping area (approx. 120 x 200 cm) if required, a TV and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. In the fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher) you will also find a filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom with shower / WC was completely renovated in 2023. Outside there is a private covered terrace with table and benches as well as deckchairs and parasol. Car parking spaces are available directly at the house. We are happy to provide bed linen, hand and tea towels.

Welcome to the "Eifelrose" holiday home

Quietly situated in a small suburb, the newly renovated holiday flat on 70 sqm offers everything 2-4 people need for a nice holiday.

In Ulmen, 3km away, you will find everything for your daily needs, such as bakers, butchers and supermarkets. There are also restaurants, snack bars and an ice cream parlour in the village.

In addition to the castle ruins, you can see and explore not only the youngest maar in Central Europe (Ulmener Maar) but also the oldest maar in Germany (Jungferweiher). Since April 2023, it has also been possible to walk through the Ulmen maar tunnel, the connection between the two maars that was built in the Middle Ages. The multi-award-winning "Wilde Endert" hiking trail also starts here and takes you all the way to Cochem.

There is also a lot to explore in the surrounding area, e.g. the Daun maars, Manderscheid with its castles and the castle climbing trail, newly opened in 2023, Cochem with the imposing Reichsburg castle and the Nürburgring is only 20km away.

Whether hiking, cycling (there are special cycle buses here) or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone in the Vulkaneifel.
