There is a communal washing machine, cleaning area for cleaning fish and a large freezer in the basement. Enclosed solarium / terrace with table and bench set and barbecue. The area also offers good fishing spots. Note: Electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price. Not for rent to youth groups.
