These holiday apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the modern Ostseeapartments apartment building at Fehmarnsund in Ostseeheilbad Großenbrode on the northern tip of Lübecker Bay. The apartments are tastefully decorated and invite you to relax all year round. In addition to the sofa bed in the living room with two beds and two bedrooms, there is also an open living room / kitchen area with i.a. microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV and DVD and CD player. From here there is access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the surroundings and the Baltic Sea. However, the view is limited depending on the season. In Großenbrode you will find a beautiful, 1.5 km long south beach with fine, white sand. Here you can enjoy the sunny moments in the beach baskets and watch the children playing at the water's edge. In addition to the glorious beach, where children can play, and the Baltic Sea to splash in, there are several activities for fun. On the beach is the large pirate ship & quot; Grobi & quot ;, and you will also find a mini golf course and skate park close to the south beach. For a culinary break, you can stroll down the 1.5 km long promenade with cozy restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes and various shops. With only approx. 150 m to the beach and the promenade, the apartment is a perfect starting point for wonderful beach holidays as well as the opportunity to explore the scenic area. After an active day in nature with many experiences, you can end the day in the whirlpool or sauna and recharge for the next day's experiences. Close to the apartment you will find the Fehmarnsund Bridge and the amusement park Hansapark. As the apartment is part of a series of similar apartments, the decor may vary. There is a parking space for one car at the apartment. If you have several cars with you, they can be parked at the reception.

Das Haus ist mit ca, 100 m von der Promenade und dem Strand sehr gut gelegen, Nummerierte Parkplätze sind für jede Wohnung vorhanden, Die Wohnung selbst war groà und bei Ankunft sauber, Die Ausstattung mit Geräten und Möbeln war modern und geschmackvoll, Die Sauna innerhalb des Bads war natürlich sehr klein aber voll funktionsfähig, Insgesamt eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen, Der Gesamteindruck wurde allerdings durch das fehlende W-Lan getrübt, Eigentlich sollte es in einer Wohnung dieser Klasse Standard sein,
Die Lage, die GröÃe der Wohnung
Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe zum Strand, / GröÃe des Wohnbereichs und Balkon war gut, / Ausstattung der Küche war modern und alles notwendige vorhanden,
Toll ist die Nähe zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, auch wenn man leider vom Meer nichts sieht, weil riesige Bäume und ein anderer Ferienwohnungsblock im Weg stehen, / Der vorhandene Aufzug ermöglicht das Wohnen auch Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen, Die offenen Zugänge zu den Wohnungen (Laubengänge) sind leider sehr verdreckt,
Die Raumaufteilung war sehr gut, Viel Raum im Wohnbereich, Bad mit Sauna, Die Dusche könnte etwas komfortabler sein, Hier fehlt u,A, eine Ablage,

Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage zu Strand und Promenade, Zwischen anderen Gebäuden und Bäumen kann man sogar kleine Stücke vom Meer sehen, Sie ist sehr gut geschnitten und schön eingerichtet,
Wir waren schon einmal dort. Es ist eine große Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Wasser. Schön und nah am Strand. Eine Reihe von Restaurants und Geschäften sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen.
