The holiday apartment is on the main floor with a spacious living room and kitchen. TV via fiber and Altibox, several German, Norwegian and international channels. Please note that the fireplace is not in use. The single bed is 120 cm wide. The lower floor is permanently let to quiet tenants. Quiet residential area, 3.1 km from the center of Molde with 22,000 inhabitants and lots of cultural offers and activities, such as a water park, climbing park, bowling, restaurants, shopping centers, Molde Jazz Festival and the Romsdal Museum. The surrounding area has great hiking trails in beautiful nature. Experiences: 32 km to the Midsund steps. 46 km to the Atlanterhavsveien. 83 km to the Jugend town Ålesund. 57 km to Åndalsnes with the Trollstigen and the Romsdal gondola with a 360-degree panoramic view of some of the wildest and most iconic natural landscapes in Norway. 70 km to Kristiansund and the fishing village of Grip 40 min. by speedboat from Kristiansund. 1.2 km to Øverlandsvannet with trout and 30 km to Oselva with trout/salmon.
