This charming apartment, located on the second floor of a building without a lift, features a stylish and modern decor, offering all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay, including centralized air conditioning. The dining-living room is equipped with a spacious sofa, Smart TV, a table for 4 diners, and access to the terrace. The separate kitchen, is equipped with a ceramic hob and has access to the laundry area, where you will find the washing machine. The property has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other with a double bed and a single bed. A second bathroom with a shower complements the accommodation. There is no crib or high chair.
